Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in our dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Maintain professional relationships with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Collect payment from customers, process transactions accurately, and maintain a high level of cash handling skills.
  • Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of service and parts transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and make service appointments for our dealership.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with outgoing calls to confirm service appointments, assign technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Schedule Availability: Flexible schedule availability, including Monday - Friday one week and Tuesday - Saturday alternating weeks. Some flexibility with other team members alternating Saturdays.
  • Computer Skills: Possess general computer skills and experience with ADP is a plus.
  • CDK Experience: CDK experience preferred.
