Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Associate/Cashier will be responsible for:

  • Accurately processing transactions and managing the cash register with a friendly demeanor.
  • Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding our menu and catering services, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Addressing the immediate needs of customers and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinating with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to guarantee timely and precise order fulfillment.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Reliable transportation is required.

Physical Requirements:

To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, candidates must be able to:

  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, crouch, twist, and turn throughout their shift.
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Utilize hands and fingers for handling products and operating register and phone systems, with the ability to reach between 6-72 inches.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both at a distance and in close proximity.
