Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaning Specialist to provide top-notch cleaning services to our clients. As a House Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for cleaning residential homes using our proprietary 49-point checklist and cleaning procedures. You will work independently to ensure that each home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and you will be expected to maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks
  • Scrub and sanitize all kitchen fixtures and appliances
  • Dust and clean all surfaces, including ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs
  • Vacuum and mop all types of flooring
  • Organize and stage homes to make them look their best

Requirements

  • No prior cleaning experience is required; we will provide training
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of quality
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Willingness to work in homes with pets
