Job Title: Therapist Care Coordinator Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Clinician to join our team at Heartland Alliance Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing individual and group therapy, and be passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a variety of clinical services, including crisis intervention, counseling, and advocacy.
  2. Develop therapeutic relationships with participants through the use of Motivational Interviewing, care that is Trauma Informed and from a Harm Reduction framework.
  3. Provide culturally sensitive therapy and emotional support, focusing on addressing the unique experiences and challenges faced by refugee and immigrant populations in a non-residential setting.
  4. Consults with the Psychiatrist regarding treatment reviews.
  5. Maintains therapist license and adheres to HIPAA privacy standards and the ethical guidelines of a licensed clinician.
  6. Participates and contributes in regular supervision meetings, team meetings, in-house training sessions, and conferences.

Requirements:

  1. Have an unrestricted license (LSW/LCSW or LPC/LCPC)
  2. Be able to work in the US without sponsorship
  3. Pass a background check and credentialing
  4. Be vaccinated against COVID-19 and the Flu as well as be up to date on other required vaccines
  5. Fluent in second languages - highly preferred

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
