Job Description

KA General Contracting LLC is seeking a Versatile Carpenter and Handyman

We specialize in both new construction and renovation projects, covering all aspects of building. Candidates should possess experience in framing, as well as finishing and rough-in work. Proficiency in painting and drywall finishing is essential.

We are in search of a well-rounded individual with a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and a comprehensive understanding of various trades. This includes Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Deck and Fence Repairs, Drywall, and basic Plumbing and Electrical skills. Experience with minor electrical and plumbing tasks is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of individuals, including coworkers, management, and administrative staff.

A valid driver's license is mandatory, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English and possess a reliable vehicle. Overtime may be necessary.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Paydays occur weekly on Fridays.
Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
