Licensed Optical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Optical Supervisor to join our team at Warby Parker. As a key member of our optical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading our team of opticians and retail advisors, and ensuring that our stores operate at the highest level of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Optical Duties: Work directly with customers to meet their eyewear needs, take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards.
- Leadership Responsibilities: Set up the store for success each day, drive sales by providing exceptional service, work with store management to lead and mentor the Optical team, and maintain general store systems and inventory databases.
- A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states) with 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.

Warby Parker offers a competitive hourly rate of $28.25-$35.50 USD, plus a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package. If you are a California resident, please review the additional privacy disclosures available in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
