About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a critical role in the repair process, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely estimates for their vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of the damage
  • Write accurate and detailed estimates for repairs, including labor and parts costs
  • Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and provide updates on the status of their vehicle
  • Work closely with our repair team to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as company safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in collision estimating or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
