Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district located in Whitehall, Maryland. As a key member of our staff, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
Requirements:
  • A valid Maryland State SLP License is required
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
