We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Graham Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality of in-process production and finished products, conducting inspections, and recording quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Inspect and Test Products:**
    • Conduct dimensional inspections on precision machined products and assemblies.
    • Perform quality checks on in-process production and finished products.
  • **Maintain Quality Records:**
    • Record and document quality results and inspection findings.
  • **Collaborate with Team Members:**
    • Work closely with the QC Supervisor and other team members to ensure quality standards are met.
  • **Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Standards:**
    • Stay current with industry standards and best practices for quality assurance and non-destructive examination.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education and Experience:**
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must pass a proficiency test.
    • Required to pass an eye examination, including a color blindness test.
  • **Skills and Abilities:**
    • Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
    • Ability to work well with others within and outside of the department.
    • Ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous tasks.

**Working Conditions:**

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may be exposed to fumes or dust, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, and moderate to loud noise levels. The candidate must be able to wear appropriate protective gear and clothing as necessary.
