About the Role

The ER Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • At least 1 year of experience as an ER Nurse
  • Active ACLS certification
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
