We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Early Autism Services. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to children with autism and their families.
About the Role
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in a home-based setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families.
- Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
- A Master's level degree in a relevant field.
- A BCBA certificate and license (if required in the state of practice).
- At least one year of experience working with children with autism and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Prior experience as a BCBA.
