Job Summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to support a Hybrid Cloud environment at NSWC Dahlgren. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced DoD Cloud environment and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with infrastructure planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting within a Hybrid Cloud environment.
  • Deploy various network configurations, devices, software, and services to ensure maximum and efficient performance of local (LANs) and wide area network (WANs).
  • Provide assurance to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of networks.
  • Troubleshoot and support computer solutions, associated software and hardware, network, server, and PC, as relating to network infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain documentation of the network.
  • Perform hardware repairs for equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
Requirements:
  • Five (5) years' experience in network administration.
  • Three (3) years' experience in network security and assurance.
  • Three (3) years' experience in troubleshooting and supporting computer solutions.
  • Three (3) years' experience in creating and maintaining network documentation.
  • Two (2) years' experience in hardware repairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of multiple IT environments, including server and cloud-based platforms.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of secure build techniques, tools, and practices of DISA Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG).
  • CCNP certification (IAT Level II or higher certification required).
  • AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty or Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate.
Clearance:

An Interim DoD secret security clearance is required to start. Applicant must be able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
