Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager (Software Solutions Architect) to lead our engineering teams toward achieving greatness. As the Team Captain, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the engineering team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment.
  • Project Management and Delivery: Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Process Improvement Champion: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team productivity and product quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Play a key role in recruiting top engineering talent and retaining high performers.
  • Quality Assurance Advocate: Ensure that all engineering outputs meet rigorous quality standards.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set clear goals for team members.
