Shared Living Provider Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and supportive individual to join our community as a Shared Living Provider for a young man. As a Shared Living Provider, you will be responsible for providing companionship, support, and care to our client, enabling him to live independently in his home.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as household routines, grocery shopping, cooking, and laundry
  • Provide companionship and engage in community activities and outings
  • Help with medication management and medical appointments
  • Support the client's independence and autonomy

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Suitable CORI and Fingerprinting check
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Experience in social services and caregiving
  • Commitment to living a healthy lifestyle
