We are a state-wide agency dedicated to providing Shared Living services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as adults with acquired brain injuries and elders. Our mission is to support and empower individuals to live independently in their communities.

Shared Living Provider Opportunity

We are seeking a caring and supportive individual to join our community as a Shared Living Provider for a young man. As a Shared Living Provider, you will be responsible for providing companionship, support, and care to our client, enabling him to live independently in his home.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as household routines, grocery shopping, cooking, and laundry
  • Provide companionship and engage in community activities and outings
  • Help with medication management and medical appointments
  • Support the client's independence and autonomy

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Suitable CORI and Fingerprinting check
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Experience in social services and caregiving
  • Commitment to living a healthy lifestyle
