The Environmental Services Team Leader (ESTL) will serve as the leader of other Environmental Services Workers on an assigned team/shift. Key responsibilities include:
- Training and developing team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Scheduling and assigning work to team members to meet operational needs
- Contributing to the performance management process to drive team performance and growth
- Distributing necessary supplies and equipment to support team operations
- Performing Environmental Services Worker duties as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand both oral and written instruction
- One year of previous hospital-based Environmental Service Worker experience and demonstrated leadership skills, or two years Environmental Services experience in the hospitality industry and demonstrated leadership skills
