  • Accounting Tasks: Manage diverse tasks, including balancing sheets, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets.
  • ERP System Expertise: Optimize workflows with expertise in our ERP system.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support strategic decision-making through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements and schedules according to our monthly close schedule.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analyses on financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to special projects regularly.
  • General Ledger Transactions: Review and post general ledger transactions.
  • Debt Compliance: Assist in compiling data for debt compliance under our company's credit agreement.
  • GAAP Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP across all Company Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA: CPA preferred.
  • Oil & Gas Experience: Oil & Gas experience is a plus, but not required.
