About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality patient care in our CVICU. The ideal candidate will possess a current state license as a RN and have at least 2 years of recent experience as a CVICU RN. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
