About the Position:

My Gym is seeking a full-time, career-oriented Director to join our management team. As a Director, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver the best children's program around and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach classes, parties, camps, and events with the assistance of our excellent training program
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, programming, and scheduling strategies
  • Ensure a safe and fun environment for children and families
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, including a weekend shift
  • Experience working with children and leading a team
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lift toddlers and spot children up to 9 years
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills
  • Results-oriented and driven to grow our business

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, a fun and dynamic work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
