Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative, Hybrid Vet Assistant to join our team at Disney Pet Hospital in Concord, CA. As the first friendly face that greets each pet parent, you will ensure they feel supported and informed throughout their visit. Through your efforts, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and caring atmosphere that enhances the overall experience for both pets and their parents.

Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment schedules and confirm appointments using our practice management system.
  • Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients.
  • Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
  • Act as a client-patient advocate to ensure pet parents have received all pertinent information about their pet's healthcare.
  • Maintain the hospital's cleanliness and ensure the facility is neat and tidy at all times.
Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, hospitality, client services, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of veterinarian experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle phone systems.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution.
  • Comfortable with animals.
