Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

eXcell, a division of CompuCom Systems, is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join their team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Document and track incidents and issues using ticketing software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company systems, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
