Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and loyalty programs
  • Support inventory management by accurately completing point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
  • Participate in daily service processes, including register balancing and supply replenishment
  • Support the training process for new hires, teaching best practices and company standards

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on interpersonal relationships
  • No prior retail experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
  • Must be 16 years of age or older and have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Client-facing retail or service industry experience
