About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at ApTask. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing, utility, and facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality systems to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform advanced installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, testing, and documentation of a wide range of office utility and facility equipment.
  • Collaborate with peers and clients in manufacturing, maintenance, utility plants, analytical labs, and contracted services to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide training and technical support to staff, clients, and projects, and review and approve maintenance reports, forms, and records.
  • Develop, revise, and review equipment, maintenance, and other related procedures, and interpret and revise loop sheets, electrical schematics, P&ID's, I/O wiring, and panel drawings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-6 weeks of experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably vial inspection.
  • Basic knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
