Job Overview

Kensington Senior Living, LLC seeks a skilled Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive Life Enrichment programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging activities and events that promote physical, mental, and social well-being among residents.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Memory Care to assess resident needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Evaluate and modify program offerings based on resident feedback and input.
  • Supervise and mentor Life Enrichment team members to ensure high-quality programming.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to program participation and resident engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license required.
