About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric home care nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically fragile children and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the child's needs and goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the child's physical, emotional, and developmental well-being
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care
