Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at The Chefs' Warehouse, you will serve as the voice of the company, providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless ordering experience. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting sales functions through efficient order processing and problem resolution.
- Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers with placing orders, order modifications, and product inquiries.
- Ensure 99% accuracy when entering and processing orders.
- Provide post-sale support, including returns, exchanges, refunds, and tracking delivery status.
- Proactively contact customers to remind them to place orders for the next day.
- Manage duplicate order reports daily by verifying details and preventing order duplication.
- Work collaboratively with Sales Representatives to address customer needs and special-order requests.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three (3) years of customer service or related experience.
- A High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft 365, and customer service platforms.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for diagnosing and resolving customer concerns.
- Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage stressful situations professionally.
