Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in a school environment. As an SLPA, you will collaborate with students across a K-12 caseload, providing support and assistance to students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans to support students with communication disorders.
- Provide direct assistance to students with communication disorders, including speech and language therapy sessions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data collection and record-keeping.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy required.
- Valid or pending state SLPA license required.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other professionals.
