Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Goddard School of Centennial. As a Pre-Kindergarten Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment that meets the needs of all students
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 1 year of experience in a preschool or childcare setting
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
