• You will work closely with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
• You will demonstrate expertise in business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation.
• You will leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• You will ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain work areas according to company policies, and ensure quality and date control standards for meat products.
• You will be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing member experiences and modeling high-quality service and products.
