Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, resolving outstanding issues, complying with customer requests, and responding to client inquiries.

  • Client Relationship Management: Interface with clients to determine present and future needs, discuss progress toward solutions, and coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and other areas to ensure proper servicing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and departmental reports, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

  • Client Loyalty: Participate in client loyalty process, informing clients of process, encouraging timely responses, and developing action plans to address negative comments.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, writing, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and apply concepts, handle projects, and establish effective working relationships.
  • Experience: Typically up to two years of banking or related financial industry experience, with customer service or client management experience a plus.
