Water Treatment Engineer Trainee

We are seeking a talented Water Treatment Engineer Trainee to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our industrial water treatment operations, assisting in the maintenance and optimization of our systems, and contributing to the development of new technologies and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in the field of water treatment engineering.

• Supporting water treatment system operations, including monitoring process equipment performance, conducting laboratory tests, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of new water treatment systems, as well as the improvement of existing ones.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implementing changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Providing support for plant equipment optimization opportunities, including troubleshooting and repair of equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of water treatment principles, including chemistry, physics, and biology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and other relevant software tools.

• A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
