Policy Application Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Policy Application Coordinator. This role will involve reviewing and processing policy applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information, and communicating with customers to clarify any discrepancies or issues.
Responsibilities:
• Review and process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations for accuracy and completeness
• Verify customer information and update records as necessary
• Communicate with customers to clarify any discrepancies or issues related to policy applications
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve policy-related issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product offerings
Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
