As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation, to ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

A valid state nursing license, advanced degree or certification preferred, experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred, compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both, strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
