About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Client Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our small business and tax team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on financial and tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit tax statements, financial statements, and BAS statements for clients
  • Manage tax administration responsibilities, including tax code research, tax return preparation, and tax planning
  • Identify areas where clients can reduce tax, make claims, and increase profit
  • Engage regularly with clients to maintain strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of federal and state tax laws, regulatory and compliance requirements, and tax planning techniques

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
  • Minimum of 1 year business tax/entity returns experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP and integrated online accounting applications
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
