Occupational Therapist

At Hawaii Pacific Health, we are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Wilcox Medical Center in Lihue, HI.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients suffering from work-related injuries. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering customized treatment programs, performance skills assessments, and adaptive equipment recommendations to help our patients reach their full potential in mobility, communication, and daily living skills.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services and consultation across the full continuum of care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
• Conduct performance skills assessments and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and training.
• Provide education and guidance to family members and caregivers on patient care and rehabilitation techniques.

• Current Hawai'i Occupational Therapy certification.
• Current American Heart Association Heart Saver – AED CPR card.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) Occupational Therapy certification.

• One (1) year general occupational therapy experience.
• Previous experience with Pediatric or Adult population.

Starting Hourly Rate: 46.57
