Job Title: Seasonal In Room Dining Order Taker

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal In Room Dining Order Taker to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our In Room Dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist guests with menu items, providing informative and helpful guidance.
  • Maintain proper telephone etiquette at all times, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Record guest orders accurately and efficiently, honoring all special requests.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous service experience is an asset, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Previous Point of Sale System experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of system functionality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving guest concerns and issues.
  • Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Physical Aspects of the Position:
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift, with a focus on mobility and flexibility.
  • Lift and carry items up to 50lbs, including linen and delivery trays.
  • Use hands and fingers skillfully and easily, with a focus on dexterity and coordination.
  • Carry out specific oral or written instructions frequently, following a simple routine.
Visa Requirements:

Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
