We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our transdisciplinary team at On With Life. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide advanced professional services for individuals with brain injury or other neurological conditions, including assessment and intervention to address functional challenges in balance, gait, and mobility, hyper/hypotonicity, and motor control and movement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced professional services for individuals with brain injury or other neurological conditions
- Assess and intervene to address functional challenges in balance, gait, and mobility, hyper/hypotonicity, and motor control and movement
- Work in partnership with other members of the transdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Two-to-three years of clinical experience in rehabilitation of persons with brain injury or other neurological disorders
- An Iowa Physical Therapy license
- Ability to maintain CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
