Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Safety Specialist to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and surveillance of all pool participants, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, and applying organizational safety procedures for the pool and aquatic areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all pool participants
  • Apply organizational safety procedures for the pool and aquatic areas
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pool deck, including skimming and brushing

Qualifications:

  • Be at least 15 years old
  • Have a strong swimming background
  • Have 1+ years of experience in aquatics (preferred)
  • Have an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
