Job Summary
">Rosecrance is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child and Adolescent Services Supervisor to join our team in the Chicagoland region. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment programs for children and adolescents struggling with mental health challenges.
">About the Position
">This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of therapists and contribute to the growth and success of Rosecrance's behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, as well as licensure in Illinois as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
">The successful candidate will have a proven track record in behavioral health treatment, with a focus on child and adolescent populations. Experience as a supervisor in behavioral health treatment is preferred, but not required. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage a team of therapists in an outpatient mental health setting, focusing on child and adolescent behavioral health treatment.">
- Develop and enhance the Child and Adolescent Services program by spearheading community outreach efforts, implementing new program initiatives, and establishing treatment goals to improve patient outcomes.">
- Provide behavioral health treatment services supporting a half-time caseload of clients, including individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions.">
- Facilitate communication with all staff members and oversee compliance and performance by tracking key progress indicators.">
- Serve as subject matter expert related to child and adolescent behavioral health in the Chicago and Chicagoland region, presenting workshops, lectures, and training to clients, families, staff, and community groups.">
Requirements

- Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field">
- Licensed in Illinois as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist">
- Proven track record in behavioral health treatment with a focus on child and adolescent populations">
- Experience as a supervisor in behavioral health treatment preferred">
- Excellent clinical skills, communication, and interpersonal abilities">
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment">

">Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
