Role Responsibilities:
This leadership role at UPMC Central PA focuses on the development and growth of the APP workforce, as well as operational advancements. The position is crucial for creating new staffing models and expanding the APP program within the service line. Collaboration with the Medical Director of Emergency Department Observation and local APP Leads is essential to promote programmatic development and ensure excellence in patient care.
