**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Donor Suitability Screening Expert to join our team at CSL Plasma. This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $50,000 - $70,000.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough screening processes to assess donor suitability for plasma pheresis. They will work closely with other staff members to ensure accurate and timely completion of registration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough screening processes to assess donor suitability
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure accurate and timely completion of registration procedures
  • Maintain alertness and awareness to any reaction by a donor during or after the pheresis process
  • Ensure accurate recording of donor data

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field preferred

Minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical or healthcare environment

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
