We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit at HCA Florida Englewood Hospital. As a RN Progressive Care Nights, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
About the RoleThe RN Progressive Care Nights will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient-centered care to our patients. You will work collaboratively with medical providers to provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, and identify and report any changes in patient status. You will also perform procedures and other functions as ordered by the medical provider, document the administration of care in the patient medical record, and maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
