Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work with our team in Oakland, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • ARRT certification in computed tomography
  • Current California license to practice as a radiologic technologist
  • AHA BLS certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
