Position Overview

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Bartender to enhance our operations at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be tasked with the responsible serving of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Compensation

This is a tipped position; the listed hourly minimum pay does not account for potential tips.

$7.25 - $7.25 / hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process drink and food orders from guests or staff, preparing and serving beverages according to established recipes and company standards.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner, verify age through identification, and comply with all alcohol service regulations.
  • Input orders into the cash register, handle payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage and food selections.
  • Accurately complete sales and inventory documentation.
  • Manage bar inventory by ordering or requisitioning necessary supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of bar equipment and stock.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • At least two years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
  • Familiarity with credit card processing systems.
  • Experience with computerized point-of-sale systems.
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain a City of Milwaukee Bartending License.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak times.
Shift Information

Available shifts include day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
