Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Service Center Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our Automotive Service Center.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide technical assistance and training to service technicians and advisors
  • Supervise Service Center associates and ensure they're meeting performance expectations
  • Perform technician responsibilities as needed, including diagnosing and repairing vehicles
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in automotive maintenance and repair is preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Prior retail experience is preferred
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
  • Able to attain ASE Certification in A4 Steering and Suspension and A5 brakes within one year of hire date
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers
