We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team at Unified Defense & Prince Service Mfg.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative designs in the metal fabrication industry. As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for cutting and welding materials, machining fabrication materials and components, bending and forming metal, fitting and installing fabricated structures, repairing and designing, and inspecting and testing welds.

Responsibilities
  • Cutting and welding materials to precise specifications
  • Machining fabrication materials and components to meet quality standards
  • Bending and forming metal to create complex shapes and structures
  • Fitting and installing fabricated structures to ensure precise fit and finish
  • Repairing and designing metal components to meet customer requirements
  • Inspecting and testing welds to ensure quality and safety standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a welder/fabricator required
  • Proficiency in passing tests related to measurements, including tape measure, protractor, and caliper tests
  • Ability to read welding detailed drawings accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality welds consistently
  • Commitment to achieving production targets and job utilization goals
