Compensation: $20.63 per hour
WORK SCHEDULE: Night shift from 6pm to 6:00am on a rotating 2/3/2 schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT OPERATOR:

The operator will be tasked with managing production machinery to achieve quality and output goals while demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as ongoing improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include operating multiple machines simultaneously to fabricate structural aluminum, conducting product inspections, and packaging finished goods. Proficiency in reading a tape measure is essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Adhering to all safety protocols
  • Operating machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products while maintaining production pace
  • Following operational guidelines
  • Conducting quality assessments; visually inspecting products for any defects
  • Completing necessary documentation
  • Utilizing hand tools and accurately reading a tape measure
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT OPERATORS:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently
  • Physical capability to bend, stoop, stretch, and twist, as well as safely lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing 30 lbs. or more
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods of 12 hours
