Responsibilities:
  • We're looking for someone who can select and apply paint according to a pre-determined formula to achieve precise results.
  • You'll operate equipment like sandblasters, washers, strippers, and sanders to prepare steel items for painting.
  • Your attention to detail will ensure coatings are applied correctly using spray, dip, or flow coating equipment.
  • As part of our team, you'll also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining painting and coating equipment to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • General job site custodial work and construction duties may be assigned to support the team.

The successful candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED Diploma and have some years of experience in painting and sandblasting. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and adaptability are key qualities we're looking for in this role.

Salary Information:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year
