Job DescriptionThe HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate new hire processes, including I-9 compliance, background checks, and drug screens
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
- Update and maintain the HRIS system for accurate employee data processing
- Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
This position requires a collaborative team member dedicated to supporting the company's growth and maintaining an effective HR function. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational capabilities.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least four years of proven experience as a human resources generalist or in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
