Job Description

The HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate new hire processes, including I-9 compliance, background checks, and drug screens
  • Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
  • Update and maintain the HRIS system for accurate employee data processing
  • Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution

This position requires a collaborative team member dedicated to supporting the company's growth and maintaining an effective HR function. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • At least four years of proven experience as a human resources generalist or in a similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
