Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in facility settings throughout Auburn, ME and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of Maine.
• Minimum of one year of working experience in the field.
• Current CPR BLS Certification required.
