Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out assigned tasks at the workstation, which include preparing quality food items, managing ingredient preparation, processing orders, and delivering outstanding customer service through courteous and professional interactions, whether in person or over the phone, while maintaining a sense of urgency in all activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members by arriving on time for shifts, providing support to colleagues at different workstations, and completing all closing tasks, including cleaning, at the end of each shift. Uphold the company's image by adhering to uniform and appearance standards, and foster a positive atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and enjoyment.
  • Utilize the FOCUS System accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and contribute to sales growth by suggestively selling to enhance the average order value. Safeguard the company's resources by keeping work areas organized, safe, and clean, and consistently following safety and security protocols.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification is preferred.
